He Ain't Gonna Change is a song written by Al Anderson and Karyn Rochelle and performed as a duet by Rayna Jaymes and Juliette Barnes in the Season Two episodes We've Got Things to Do and On the Other Hand.
They first perform it at the Opry in the aftermath of Juliette being attacked over the doctored video of her apparently saying there is no God. They perform it a second time at Rayna's album launch at LP Field.
It is included on The Music of Nashville (Season 2, Volume 2).
