It is performed by Hallie Jordan in the Season Five premiere The Wayfaring Stranger when she tries to comfort Juliette Barnes after finding her as the sole survivor at the site where her plane crashed.
JJuliette later overhears the song coming from a church and wheels herself inside to find Hallie performing it in front of the congregation.
It is included on The Music of Nashville (Season 5, Volume 1).
