Come and Find Me is a song written by Jillian Edwards & Ben Shive and performed by Daphne Conrad in the final season episode Jump Then Fall.

She sings the song after confessing to Maddie that she is not happy about Deacon and Jessie dating and the song plays over the closing montage of the episode.

It is included on The Music of Nashville (Season 6, Volume 1).

Lyrics[]

I give up, come and find me
Am I lost? Or am I hiding?
I disappeared and wound up here
Come and find me

I see you
And I’m trying to come back from where I’ve been
But I don’t know, the way back home
Come and find me

I’m no runaway, this is just a game I play
I want you to find me
I think I’ve gone too far
Please don’t leave me in the dark

You think you’ve seen me
Don’t believe your eyes
That’s just a shell, I’ve left behind
You see the house, I’m somewhere inside
Come and find me

I’m no runaway, this is just a game I play
I want you to find me
I think I’ve gone too far
Please don’t leave me in the dark

I’m no runaway, this is just a game I play,
I want you to find me
I think I’ve gone too far
Please don’t leave me in the dark
Come and find me
Come and find me
