All of Me is a song written by Phillip LaRue, Tim Lauer and Lindy Robbins and performed by The Exes in the Season Five episode Back in Baby's Arms.
They first meet with Rayna who suggests releasing it as a single but Scarlett has reservations as she believes Gunnar wrote it for Zoey. However, they later perform it together for a radio interview with him having changed a lyric.
They also perform it for an audience at The Bluebird Cafe in the following episode Leap of Faith. They shoot the music video in the episode Love Hurts.
A clip of the video is shown during an interview with The Exes and Damien George in the episode Hurricane.
